First post ~ Two pics sum up my view of The Arsenal F.C.

The first picture is for and of Mr. Arsene Wenger . His method’s of working along-with the excellent scouting team of former Arsenal players, has helped Arsenal tremendously in the last 6-7 years by building the amazing Emirates Stadium.  The steps taken by the board has now made Arsenal into a Super-Club. After 5 years we could buy players worth £ 50 million and still make a profit because Wenger has kept us competitive every year since he joined us.

Secondly his quotes are amazing. Just a week back he said this –

” The more you speak about things, the less chance you have to achieve them. “

The second image is a quote I saw at the Wimbledon Center Court.  The lines are from the poem ‘If’ by Rudyard Kipling.

So people should just stop this “No-Trophy-For-X-Years” moaning and get on with life and enjoy watching the beautiful wenger-ball. That does not mean that players and manager should not try for a win. As for us fans, instead of ‘wanting’ a win [ these days a loss ] , people should enjoy ‘watching’ the team ‘win’ or ‘lose’ , cause lately I have noticed that people have stopped enjoying watching a game.  The joy of just ‘watching’ football is getting over. It’s all result oriented now.

And that’s where I am now. I love watching the team play. One season of Arsenal has all possible emotions a human being can go through; Complete extremes of Triumph { Beating Barcelona }  & Disaster { Losing Carling Cup Finals } , and that is why its amazing following The Arsenal Football Club.
